Leeks in a creamy peppercorn sauce on toasted garlic crouton

Mussels in garlic and white wine broth, crusty bread and butter (£2.00 supplement)

Main Course

Lamb cawl – slow cooked lamb with pearl barley, potatoes and vegetables topped with crumbled Caerphilly cheese and crusty bread

Glamorgan sausages, spiced sweet potato wedges, crispy salad and Welsh beetroot coleslaw

Welsh matured rib eye steak (8oz) with salad, hand cut chips and onion rings ( £3 supplement)
